The hotel is impressive and great, with a perfect location close to the harbor. The staff is consistently courteous.- The unit is huge and silent with a King bed and clean bedding.- The breakfast is exceptional and very good, on a 4-star level.- The customer service is exceptional, with efficient check-in.- The location is just next door to the bus stop and MTR station, perfect for leisure.

Als low-budget reizigers waren we aangenaam verrast door de ligging van het hotel. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij het treinstation en in de buurt van alles wat we wilden bezoeken. Het hotel zelf was prachtig, met mooie kamers die goed waren ingericht en brandschoon. Het bed was ook super comfortabel. Het ontbijt was misschien niet heel uitgebreid, maar de croissants en verse thee waren heerlijk. Ook bij het inchecken kregen we een glaasje prosecco, wat een leuke verrassing was.

Het enige negatieve punt was dat het hotel moeilijk te vinden was met de auto vanwege een verkeerde routebeschrijving via Google Maps. Ook ontbrak er personeel in de bar en bij het ontbijt, wat soms wat ongemakkelijk was.

Generally, the place was top quality and had particularly helpful and attentive staff at reception desk. It was in an excellent and handy location near State Theatre Building. The breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of options — coffee and eggs.

The rooms smell damp, the pool is old. The staff is great, we tried. The food is good. It's close to the subway.

Magnificent location in the relatively quiet area, adjacent to Hong Kong, underground trains, and the Satay Inn restaurant. Modern room with a newly renovated interior. Nice bed and excellent services.

Convenient location, only a short 10 to 15-minute taxi ride to shopping areas. Close to main attractions, a metro station, and accessible by buses and trams. 🚖

The room size was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel provided a mobile phone for local calls and internet access. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and amenities. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel overall.

Convenient location - short walk to the Fortress Hill MTR station, lots of bus services too. Overall Professional look of the Reception Lobby and main areas/lobbies of the Hotel. Also, the fact that we were upgraded to a higher grade Room for our stay there - it was a nice thing for the Hotel to do and we were pleased about that.

We found the cost of an Extra Bed too high - it came up to quite alot because we stayed there for 5 nights! It was not a good bed - it was a folding sort and my daughter did not find it comfortable at all and did not rest well at night during our vacation - not a nice thing to happen on holiday! :( We wouldn't have minded the high cost if the extra bed supplied to us had been comfortable and restful for our daughter. Also, I am of a tanned skin tone, and on leaving my hotel room with my family one morning, I was asked by a housekeeping staff what my room number was. I was taken aback as this should not be done. Hotel staff should not be questioning hotel guests about their rooming information as this is private information.
